CaseLines Business Continuity Statement

As the impact of Coronavirus starts to be felt by justice services around the world, we want to reassure you that our highest priority is to provide an uninterrupted service and protect the health and safety of our team, valued customers and partners.

As a company, we shifted all of our staff to home working two weeks ago and have delivered continuity and stability to the CaseLines community without interruption. We are monitoring the situation closely, and following government advice and guidelines, to ensure we are contributing responsibly to the effort to slow down the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

CaseLines is a secure cloud based operation, delivered from secure, resilient data centres around the world enabling us to deliver a seamless business environment regardless of the ever-changing situation around us. Our systems are completely scalable, which means that in addition to providing resilient services to customers, we are also able to continuing to provision new customers and services within two business days when requested to do so.

So, for us, it is business as usual.
