Andrea Kilby joins CaseLines as Director of UK Business Development

New appointment comes as CaseLines continues global growth


London, UK, 25 September, 2019 – CaseLines, a global leader in digital evidence delivery and review, has appointed Andrea Kilby to lead UK business development, with a focus on local government, family justice courts and regulatory tribunals. Based at CaseLines’ headquarters in London, Andrea will play a key role in meeting the company’s growth ambitions, as the firm continues to expand its business globally.  Between 2017 and 2018, CaseLines increased the number of local authority cases handled through its platform by 96%. The firm anticipates ongoing double-digit growth through 2019 and 2020.

Andrea joins CaseLines from Orbis Public Law (OPL), the joint shared legal service between Brighton & Hove City Council, East Sussex, Surrey and West Sussex County Councils, and has over ten years’ experience working in local government legal departments. At OPL, Andrea was responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, robust and efficient shared legal services. Her remit included procuring and overseeing the digitisation of legal services in the Surrey and Sussex family courts and driving efficiencies and best practise across the four local authorities.
